A reward is now being offered in an effort to locate a horse that has been presumed stolen in Millard County. The horse is named River and is a mare, bay quarter horse with a white blaze on her face, black mane, tail and legs.

River was last seen in a pasture off State Route 132, roughly six miles outside of Leamington on Dec. 27. Police are asking that you check sales and corrals in your area, especially if you hear that someone got a new horse.

A $3,000 reward is now being offered for River’s safe return. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Steven Holman at 401-388-3877.
