Ivan Miller has reportedly confessed to killing three women in Wayne County. Outside legal experts who reviewed the case tell KUTV that a police interview undercuts any potential insanity defense. The 22-year-old Iowa resident allegedly killed three women at random to steal their cars. He was caught last week in Colorado.
