(Salt Lake City, UT) – You’ll soon be seeing a lot more Pepsi logos on the University of Utah campus but without the company’s trademark royal blue. The color is being ditched because of its close resemblance to the primary color of the Brigham Young Cougars, Utah’s biggest rival. KSL-TV reported yesterday the school and company have struck a deal to get rid of the blue on the backgrounds of their logos on signage throughout campus. Their contract as the official beverage provider goes into effect at the end of the week. Â
