(Provo, UT) — A newly unsealed report shows federal investigators could not definitively link a rifle to the killing of Charlie Kirk. The ATF analysis found a bullet fragment recovered during the autopsy could not be matched to the weapon allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson, though it also could not be ruled out. Robinson, who faces aggravated murder charges and the death penalty, has asked for more time to review evidence ahead of a preliminary hearing. His attorneys are also seeking limits on further testing of the bullet fragment, arguing it could alter key evidence.
