(Cedar City, UT) — The inmate who was found dead Sunday in the Garfield County Jail has been identified as 60-year-old Albert Stout. The Iron-Garfield-Beaver Critical Incident Task Force is handling the investigation and they say it is suspected Stout took his own live. He had been in jail since January 27 and was facing 15 felony charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
