Man missing in Sevier County for over a week found safe

Officials report a man missing out of Sevier County has been found.

Brandon Sorenson was located around 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon in the Water Hollow area of Salina Canyon.

Search and Rescue officials are thanking everyone for their tips and help in the search.

Officials are seeking the public’s help in finding a man missing out of Sevier County.

Brandon Sorenson was last seen in the Gooseberry area of the Fishlake National Forest on June 20 at the second tunnel on the I-70 frontage road.

Sorenson is white, 5’9, 165 lbs, bald and slender build.

He was seen wearing a light shirt, dark shorts and sandals. He also had a walking stick, backpack and water jug.

Authorities also report Sorensen has a medical condition that needs attention.
