(St. George, UT)  –  A man remains behind bars in Saint George today accused of sexually abusing a young girl.  The victim reportedly told police Carlos Palma abused her at his apartment at least seven times while the girl was in fifth and sixth grades.  Saint George News reports investigators believe Palma had also asked that the girl send him explicit photos.  He remains behind bars on five aggravated sexual abuse of a child counts and two sodomy on a child charges.
