(Beaver, UT) — Containment on the Little Twist Fire is now 25-percent contained. Firefighters say the flames burning near Beaver have charred more than 25-hundred acres and more than 300 personnel are on site. Officials noted how rainstorms and cloud cover have helped keep fire activity limited over the last couple of days. The area near the fire remains closed to keep firefighters safe while they work. The Central Utah Fire Interagency explained smoke is expected to be visible from Interstates 15 and 70, as well as a couple other highways.
