MEADOW, Utah (AP)-Tuesday, a significant crash on Interstate 15 near Meadow has sidelined traffic on a day with smoky hues across Utah because of numerous fires raging.

Per the official Twitter of the Utah Department of Transportation, a crash occurred on Milepost 155 on northbound Interstate 15, three miles south of Meadow at 11:39 am MDT.

With an estimated clearance time of 1:07 pm, I-15 will be sidelined but there are several options for alternate routes.

By exiting at Kanosh, travelers can pass through Kanosh and Meadow and under the overpass, the frontage road comes out at Flowell, due west of downtown Fillmore.

This route can also take travelers to Holden or Delta by continuing past Flowell Electric.
