(Panguitch, UT) — Garfield County is welcoming its first baby of the year, more than two weeks in. Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch announced Johnny Louis Barnes was born on the 16th. Johnny was born to Karen and Jason Barns, weighing seven pounds and 13 ounces.
