Former State Lawmaker Haven Barlow Dies

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A lawmaker who served more than 40 years in the Utah Legislature has died. Haven J. Barlow’s death was announced by his son in a social media post yesterday. The Davis County native served in the Navy in World War Two, and went on to serve in the legislature from 1952 to 1994. He was 100-years-old.
