(Salt Lake City, UT) — State lawmakers say they’ve resurrected a bill to allow carrying concealed guns without a permit. “The Salt Lake Tribune” says the bill that died earlier this month on a tied vote was resurrected today after a couple members absent from the first vote came out to support it. They say there are some minor amendments and greater protection for victims of domestic violence.
