A street chip sealing project has begun in Monroe. According to the city website the project begins today and “the roads affected will be the roads south of 100 s, including 100 s, and on center street in and around the elementary and middle schools, 45 e and South Bend Dr.” They ask that all vehicles be removed from the asphalted areas. The project is expected to be finished by Sept. 5.
