(Albany, NY) — A man from Cedar City faces federal charges after the FBI says he tried to set up two murders in Upstate New York. Court records show 41-year-old Christopher Pence used a darknet website to solicit the services of hitmen earlier this year. He then paid 16-thousand-dollars in Bitcoin as part of the plot. The FBI took Pence into custody after someone found the offer online and reported it.
