Parents of incoming kindergarten students:

Children who turn five years old on or before September 1, 2026 are eligible to attend kindergarten at Ephraim Elementary School this fall.

Kindergarten registration will be held on Wednesday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the elementary school, located at 570 South 300 East in Ephraim.

Parents are asked to call the school before registration day at 435-283-4171 to have their child placed on the 2026–2027 enrollment list. Also, please fill out the pre-registration form on www.ssanpete.org under Quick Links, click the tab for New Student Registration. We ask that you fill out this one page form BEFORE registration.

On registration day, please bring your child, along with a birth certificate and current immunization record or exemption form. The registration process takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes and includes an assessment, vision screening, immunization review, and pre-registration paperwork. A valid email address is required for online registration.

Nurses from the Central Utah Public Health Department will be available during registration to provide immunizations if needed.
