(Salt Lake City, UT) — The state liquor commission today is expected to explain millions of dollars of accounting errors found in an audit. “The Salt Lake Tribune” reports the audit finds no record of 216-million dollars in revenue and 118-million dollars in cost of goods. The audit says the errors are from the DABC moving to a new computer system while discontinuing their old system at the same time. Auditors say the commission made the switch during a peak time for Salt Lake City’s service industry, which is during the Outdoor Retailer Show.
