(Cedar City, UT) – Two separate fires in Cedar City are extinguished by firefighters. The first blaze broke out in brush on Automall Drive last night followed shortly after by another near 300 North and 300 West. Crews actually evacuated people from the neighborhood of the second fire as a precaution, but firefighters were able to put it out after it only damaged a fence. The first fire torched about an acre and no buildings were damaged. Saint George News reports authorities suspect fireworks started both blazes last night. Â
