(Washington County, UT)  –  Washington County authorities are investigating a deadly accident that left a woman’s car at the bottom of a 300-foot ravine.  Investigators think the unidentified woman’s car went over a cliff off Kolob Terrace Road yesterday morning.  It was discovered sometime later by a passing driver.  No one else was injured.  Investigators have not disclosed the woman’s name publicly yet. Â
