Two missing girls have been found in Iron County after an Amber Alert was issued Monday afternoon. Both Dinah Elizabeth Coltharp, 8, and Hattie Briella Coltharp, 4, have been found safe in Lund, Iron County. Samuel Warren Shaffer was also taken into custody by police.
