Tim Tingey has been announced as the new vice president for finance and administrative services at Snow College. Tingey brings more than 25 years of experience in education, government and nonprofit organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Utah State University, a master of public administration from Idaho State University, and a doctorate in political science, also from Idaho State.
