The Bobcats shot 54 percent (21-39) for the game. Riley Browning led the Mustangs with 4 points and 5 rebounds in the loss. Panguitch next faces No. 2 Tabiona Friday at 8:30 pm in the state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Gavin Rhoades netted 14 points and 11 rebounds on 7-10 from the field and the No. 2 Tabiona Tigers overpowered No. 7 Wayne 57-45 Thursday in the 1A state quarterfinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Jake Batty posted 17 points and 12 rebounds on 6-9 from the field in the loss for the Badgers.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Lyric Phillips led the way with 22 points and the No. 12 Whitehorse Raiders edged No. 13 Escalante at Richfield High School Thursday in the 1A consolation bracket. Kendal Gardner led the way with 13 points in the loss for the Raiders. Whitehorse next faces No. 8 Green River Friday at 2:30 pm in the consolation bracket at Richfield High School.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Raul Mendoza led the way with 25 points and the No. 8 Green River Pirates downed No. 17 Altamont 60-47 Thursday in the 1A consolation bracket at Richfield High School. Grayson Panas led the Longhorns in the loss with 21 points.
