1A State Championship Game
KEARNS, Utah-Ryker Peterson recorded 10 strikeouts to earn the win on the mound and the Wayne Badgers won their 7th all-time state baseball championship with a 6-4 win over Altamont in the state title game Saturday afternoon at Kearns High School. Ryker Grundy and Ammon Peterson drove in two runs apiece in victory for Wayne while Blake Peterson and Carson Lee each added another RBI in victory for the Badgers. Dawson Lazenby drove in two runs in the loss for the Longhorns. Wayne has now won seven state championships in baseball. The Badgers have won state titles in 2002, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2015 and 2023.
1A State 3rd-4th Place Game @ Kearns High School
KEARNS Utah-The No. 1 Panguitch Bobcats achieved third place at the 1A state baseball tournament with an 11-0 rout of No. 2 American Heritage Saturday at Kearns High School in the 3rd-4th place game. The Bobcats finish the season with a record of 22-4.

Sevier Valley Tournament
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Parowan Rams got past Richfield 3-0 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Tournament. The Rams bested the Wildcats 25-22, 25-18, 25-22 for the straight sets victory.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The North Sevier Wolves waxed Rich 3-0 at the Sevier Valley Tournament Saturday. The Wolves downed the Rebels 25-9, 25-19, 25-8 to cruise to the straight sets win.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The North Sanpete Hawks downed South Sevier 3-0 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Tournament. The Hawks got past the Rams 25-17, 25-21, 25-23 to win in straight sets.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats downed San Juan 3-1 at the Sevier Valley Tournament Saturday. The Wildcats bested the Broncos 25-23, 22-25, 25-9, 27-26.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The North Sanpete Hawks waxed South Summit 3-1 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Tournament. The Hawks downed the Wildcats 24-26, 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The North Sevier Wolves dismantled Panguitch 3-1 at the Sevier Valley Tournament Saturday. The Wolves bested the Bobcats 25-21, 25-23, 22-25, 25-23.

RICHFIELD, Utah-The Emery Spartans tripped up Richfield 3-0 at the Sevier Valley Tournament Saturday. The Spartans bested the Wildcats 25-21, 25-21, 25-19 to prevail over their fellow Region 12 foe in straight sets.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Parowan Rams stonewalled Kanab 3-0 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Tournament. The Rams bested the Lady Cowboys 25-15, 25-21, 25-17 to down their fellow Region 18 foe in straight sets.
