RICHFIELD, Utah-Oakley Alton and Ryker Jensen each drove in three runs and the Emery Spartans hammered Richfield 16-1 Wednesday in Region 12 play. Turner Stoker posted five strikeouts in as many innings for the Spartans to earn the win on the mound.
2A West
BEAVER, Utah-Lane Sims and Griffen Bone each posted 3 RBI and the Kanab Cowboys outlasted Beaver 10-9 in 2A West baseball play Wednesday. Bracken McQuivey earned the win on the mound for the Cowboys with one strikeout in 3.2 innings of work. Hoyt Blomquist drove in five runs in the loss for the Beavers.
MILFORD, Utah-Corbyn Dalton drove in six runs and the Milford Tigers pulverized Water Canyon 27-2 Wednesday in 2A West baseball play. Dalton also posted nine strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Tigers.
Non-Region
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Ryland Randall and Treysen Randall each drove in a pair of runs and the Enterprise Wolves blanked Gunnison Valley 11-0 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Parker Staheli earned the win on the mound for the Wolves.
Softball
2A South
MILFORD, Utah-Marley Wunderlich and Allie Monroe drove in three runs apiece and the Milford Tigers routed Water Canyon 19-1 in 2A South softball play Wednesday. McKinlee Curtis earned the win in the circle for the Tigers by posting four strikeouts in three innings of work.
BEAVER, Utah-Kaitlynn Limb posted 5 RBI and the Beaver Beavers outgunned Kanab 26-16 Wednesday in 2A South softball play. Hallee Hawkins earned the win in the circle for the Beavers. Beka Rogers drove in four runs in defeat for the Lady Cowboys.
