(Cedar City, UT)  –  A distracted driver is OK after his car ran off the road, hit a snowbank and rolled over near Cedar City.  The Utah Highway Patrol says yesterday afternoon, the driver told troopers he looked away from the road for a moment to pick something up inside his vehicle when the car left State Route 14.  No other vehicles were involved and no one was injured in the mishap.  Troopers say the driver will likely be given a citation. Â
