(Undated)  –  A high wind watch is already in effect for southern Nevada and northwestern Arizona for tomorrow.  Gusts of up to 60-miles-per hour are possible, along with some blowing dust as you head south of Mesquite.  Saint George and Cedar City will also be seeing plenty of windy conditions, with forecasters at the National Weather Service saying gusts could top out above 40-miles-per hour.  Winds should gradually die down into the wee hours of Friday morning. Â
