(Cedar City, UT)  –  A winter storm warning is in effect for Cedar City and points north.  Forecasters with the National Weather Service expect up to half a foot of snow to fall in this early spring blast of winter weather.  Winter driving conditions should be expected on area roads, especially Interstate 15.  The storm warning expires early tomorrow morning and the snow should gradually taper off before then.  Temperatures will warm up closer to normal by Sunday. Â
