AZUSA, Calif.-Friday, BYU women’s track stars Whitti Orton and Anna Camp, both alums of Mid-Utah Radio Sports Network schools, excelled at the Clay Invitational on the campus of Azusa Pacific University.

In the women’s 1500-meter run, Orton, a former Panguitch High star, ran 4:14.02 to place 6th overall in the race. Orton’s time was a personal record and the third-best time in school history for the Cougars.

Additionally, Camp, a former Millard High star, finished 10th overall in a time of 4:15.15. This time was also a personal record for Camp.
