Weber State Men’s Basketball Continues Road Trip Against NAU Saturday

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.-Saturday, Weber State men’s basketball seeks to shake off the ill effects of a 65-53 loss at Southern Utah as they visit the Walkup Skydome of Flagstaff, Ariz. to battle the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.

In the loss at Cedar City, the Wildcats shot a season-low 32 percent from the field and were -13 (33-46) on the glass against the Thunderbirds.

The Wildcats are currently 14-9 (8-4 in Big Sky play) as they try to get a split on this road trip.

Weber State scores 80.3 points per game and surrenders 73.4 points per contest.

Star junior guard Jerrick Harding (21.3 points per game) continues to lead the Wildcats.

Fellow junior guard Cody John (14.1 points per game) and senior forward Brekkott Chapman (12.5 points, 9 rebounds per game) also lead the Wildcats.

The Lumberjacks are 7-15 (5-7 in Big Sky play) on the season but are 3-3 in their last six games.

Northern Arizona scores 72 points per game and surrenders 77.6 points per contest.

Sophomore forward Bernie Andre (14.3 points, 8.5 rebounds per game) and junior guard Ted McCree (12.8 points per game) lead the Lumberjacks on the season.

The Wildcats lead the Lumberjacks 80-28 all-time and are 31-19 in Flagstaff, having won their last nine games at the Walkup Skydome.
