SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, Utah head football coach Kyle Whittingham announced the signing of speedy cornerback C.J. Blocker to the class of 2023.

Blocker is currently starring at New Caney High School of New Caney, Texas where he is a standout for the Bald Eagles.

Blocker has been evaluated by 247sports.com as the No. 60 cornerback in next year’s class.

Blocker is 6-foot and 165 pounds and has also been renowned for his athleticism in coverage.
