MIDVALE, Utah-Thursday, the Utah High School Activities Association voted to add boys volleyball as a sanctioned sport for the 2023-24 school year.

Boys volleyball is the fifth new sport to be sanctioned by the UHSAA since the 2016-17 school year in the Beehive State.
It joins boys and girls lacrosse, girls wrestling and competitive cheerleading.
