SUU Men’s Basketball Adds Brayden Johnson Thursday

CEDAR CITY, Utah-Thursday, Southern Utah University men’s basketball coach Rob Jeter added junior guard Brayden Johnson to the program.

Johnson, a 6-1 180-pound guard out of Tulsa, Okla., comes to the Thunderbirds from Kishwaukee CC (Ill.) where he averaged 10 points and 3.7 assists per game last season for the Kougars.

Johnson is also a former Broken Arrow High School (Okla.) standout.

Johnson and his SUU teammates start the season November 4 at Arizona State. The Thunderbirds will also host NCAA Division II Westminster of Salt Lake City October 24 at The America First Event Center.
