Football

Non-Conference

EL DORADO, Kan.-Donnie Smith (19-28, 229 yards, 3 TD’s/2 INT’s) threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Adonis Tillman in the closing seconds and No. 3 Snow overpowered No. 12 Butler 21-14 Saturday in non-conference juco football play. Dey’hare Overstreet (5 rec, 112 yards, 2 TD’s) also excelled in victory for the Badgers. Cayden Miller and Easton Cook (sack apiece) and Mataira Brown (forced fumble) led the Badgers’ defense. Jaylen Lawrence returned an interception 53 yards for a score and Mason McHugh ran for a touchdown in the loss for the Grizzlies. The No. 3 Badgers return to action Saturday by visiting No. 2 Iowa Western for a 12:00 pm kickoff.

Women’s Volleyball

SWAC

EPHRAIM, Utah-Maggie Larsen recorded 10 kills and Snow upset No. 8 Salt Lake CC 3-0 Saturday in SWAC women’s volleyball play. The Badgers upset the Bruins 25-21, 25-17, 25-14 to prevail in straight sets. Addy McArthur posted 7 kills in the loss for SLCC.

Men’s Soccer

SWAC

EPHRAIM, Utah-Nefthaly Loya Veronica scored twice and Snow overpowered Southern Idaho 6-2 in SWAC men’s soccer play Saturday. Ragnar Fridriksson, Max Mayer, Jack Cook and Aidan Moore also scored in the win for the Badgers. Caique Maia and Loic Thomas scored in the loss for the Golden Eagles.

Women’s Soccer

EPHRAIM, Utah-Emily Morrill, Daisha Wagner and Bailee Ballard each scored and the #13 Snow Badgers blanked Southern Idaho 3-0 Saturday in SWAC women’s soccer play. Hayley Ogden recorded the shutout in the net for the Badgers and improved to 7-0 on the season.
