EPHRAIM, Utah-Macie Gordon posted 10 kills and the No. 3 Snow Badgers prevailed over Southern Idaho 3-0 in the Scenic West Conference opener for both squads Thursday. The Badgers downed the Golden Eagles 25-23, 25-22, 25-20 to pull out the win. Kalamela Liua and Valentina Sarti-Cipriani had 7 kills apiece in defeat for CSI. With the win, the Badgers improved to 11-1 and 1-0 in SWAC play. In the loss, the Golden Eagles fell to 9-8 and 0-1 in conference play.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Zachary Lifferth posted four goals and the Snow Badgers pummeled Colorado Northwestern 9-0 Thursday in Scenic West men’s soccer action. Hugo Amo Riano and Nick McNeil combined on the shutout for the Badgers.
