LAS VEGAS-McCaden Adams netted 32 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists on 9-16 from the floor and 3-6 from range as the No. 1 Snow Badgers outlasted McCook (Neb.) 96-91 Thursday at the Las Vegas Tarkanian Classic. Mo Diao led the Indians in defeat with 30 points and 6 rebounds on 12-21 from the floor.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Dalana Jakovljevic led the way with 17 points and 6 rebounds on 8-12 from the floor and the Snow Badgers pounded Navajo Tech 101-40 in non-conference women’s college basketball play at the Horne Activity Center. The Badgers shot 54 percent (45-83) from the floorfor the game in victory. Latisha Mutte’s 12 points and 6 rebounds led the Skyhawks, out of Crownpoint, N.M., in the loss.
