SWAC Tournament Championship

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Ryen Smith netted 14 kills and the No. 1 Salt Lake Community College Bruins downed No. 3 Snow 3-1 Thursday in the SWAC Tournament Championship at the Lifetime Activity Center. Cami Christensen recorded nine kills in defeat for the Badgers. The Bruins prevailed over the Badgers 25-14, 20-25, 25-16, 25-20.

Gila Monsters Tournament @ Thatcher, Ariz.

THATCHER, Ariz-Seini Tuipulotu netted 15 points and Snow defeated Cochise (Ariz.) 68-42 Thursday at the Gila Monsters Tournament on the campus of Eastern Arizona College. Lesline Penge posted 16 points on 7-10 from the floor in defeat for the Apaches. Snow returns to action Friday at 6:00 pm against the host Gila Monsters at this tournament, the No. 3 ranked team nationally.
