PRICE, Utah-Friday, Snow College softball swept USU-Eastern Utah 7-3 and 2-0 to start the SWAC season successfully.
The Badgers prevailed against the Eagles 7-3 and 2-0.
In the first game, Tasia Shibuya and Kamryn Allen each drove in a pair of runs for Snow while Kenley Henson earned the win in the circle with four strikeouts in seven innings of work for the Badgers.
In the second game, Shibuya and Reata O’Neal each had an RBI for the Badgers.
Saige Ewing earned the win in the circle with seven strikeouts in seven innings of work for Snow to complete the sweept.
The Badgers and Eagles meet again Saturday for another doubleheader.
