EPHRAIM, Utah-In news released Wednesday, Snow College softball pitcher Briley Young was named as the Scenic West Athletic Conference’s Pitcher of the Week.
This was her second such honor of the season.
The sophomore out of Spanish Fork, Utah and Spanish Fork High School led the Badgers to two wins over Southern Idaho last weekend.
Young recorded a 5.25 ERA average over the course of 16 innings.
She surrendered 27 hits, nine walks and recorded 15 strikeouts against the Golden Eagles.
