MILFORD, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes routed Milford 3-1 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball action. The Buffaloes prevailed 25-16, 23-25, 25-19, 25-22.

ESCALANTE, Utah-The Water Canyon Wildcats downed Escalante 3-1 in Region 20 volleyball action Wednesday. The Wildcats dismantled the Moquis, 19-25, 25-17, 26-24 and 25-16 in the clinching fourth set.

TROPIC, Utah-The Wayne Badgers earned a 3-0 sweep over Bryce Valley in Region 20 volleyball Wednesday. Wayne won 25-11, 27-25, 25-17.

HURRICANE, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats went on the road and swept Diamond Ranch Academy 3-0 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball action.

HURRICANE, Utah-Diamond Ranch held on for a close 5-4 win over Valley Wednesday in 1A South Region baseball action.

TROPIC, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds run-ruled Bryce Valley 16-2 Wednesday in 1A South Region baseball action.

BICKNELL, Utah-Hunter Batty hit a home run and drove in four runs as the Wayne Badgers beat Green River 13-3 in 1A South Region baseball Wednesday. Bridger Brian earned the win on the mound and hit a double. Braige Jacobsen and Ryland Rees also doubled in the win for the Badgers.

PRICE, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats earned a run-rule victory over Pinnacle, 12-2 Wednesday in 1A South Region baseball action.
