KANAB, Utah-Walker Baird homered and the Kanab Cowboys routed Enterprise 14-4 Thursday in 2A South baseball play. Kyan Lyman netted four strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Cowboys. Javin Randall, Aiden Emmett and Trek Jones drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Wolves.

Softball

Region 18

MOAB, Utah-Danzee Bradshaw, Braylee Carter and Jaeley Smith drove in two runs apiece and the Beaver Beavers smoked Grand County 13-5 in Region 18 softball play Thursday. Danika Hirschfield drove in three runs in the loss for the Red Devils.
