Kanab Chuckwagon Classic @ Kanab High School

KANAB, Utah-Ryker Moser, Elliot Larson, Ben Harden and Beck Sheffield drove in two runs apiece and the Morgan Trojans overpowered Gunnison Valley 16-7 Saturday at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic at Kanab High School. Easton Venz earned the win on the mound for the Trojans. Braxton Pickett and Gage Topham each drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Bulldogs.

KANAB, Utah-Klint Bundy drove in a pair of runs and the Enterprise Wolves waxed Milford 4-1 at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic Saturday at Kanab High School. Bundy’s three strikeouts in six innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Wolves.

KANAB, Utah-Kellen Lund homered in the bottom of the 8th Inning and the Manti Templars surged past Beaver 11-9 Saturday at Kanab High School at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic. Kayson Bailey and Bo Stevens also drove in two runs apiece in victory for the Templars. Bodie Wheatley drove in four runs in the loss for the Beavers. Raider Blomquist, Zaiden Gillins and Rex Hollingshead also drove in an additional run in the loss for Beaver.

KANAB, Utah-Carter Ruch drove in four runs and the American Leadership Eagles smacked Judge 13-3 at Kanab High School Saturday at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic. Ethan Barney posted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Eagles. Kohl Donelson drove in two runs in the loss for the Bulldogs.

KANAB, Utah-Isaac Downs drove in three runs and the Summit Academy Bears edged North Sanpete 15-13 Saturday at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic at Kanab High School. Samuel Gomez had two strikeouts in 2.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bears. Andy Bailey had a grand slam in defeat for the Hawks. Maddex Bailey drove in a pair of runs while Aaron Costello and Bryson Perry also had an additional RBI in defeat for North Sanpete.

KANAB, Utah-Reggie Frischknecht posted three RBI and the Manti Templars routed Providence Hall 13-2 at the Kanab Chuckwagon Classic Saturday at Kanab High School. Braxton Henningson drove in two more runs for Manti, while Bo Stevens, Russell Squire and Adam Andreasen also added an additional RBI for the Templars.

Delta Spring Swing Tournament @ Delta High School

DELTA, Utah-Will Minkovitch drove in a run and the Ogden Tigers capitalized on a 6th Inning error by Timpview to get past the Class 5A Thunderbirds 2-1 at Delta High School Saturday at the Delta Spring Swing Tournament. Elliot Myers recorded an RBI in the loss for the Thunderbirds. Jesse Jones posted 10 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Tigers.

DELTA, Utah-Ty Wester drove in three runs and the Timpview Thunderbirds pounded Delta 13-3 Saturday at the Delta Spring Swing Tournament at Delta High School. Will Cannon’s eight strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Thunderbirds. Dylan Larsen drove in two runs and Ty Stefanoff added another RBI in the loss for the Rabbits.

DELTA, Utah-Kyle Davies drove in three runs and the Delta Rabbits clobbered North Summit 15-0 to successfully conclude the Delta Spring Swing Tournament Saturday at Delta High School. Carson Nelson added two more RBI for the Rabbits while Drake Quackenbush, Roper Crane, Tate Topham, Kage Bunker, Ashton Stefanoff and Kash Nelson also added an additional RBi in victory for Delta. Dax Bliss posted six strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Rabbits.

Delta Spring Swing Tournament @ Delta Rec Field

DELTA, Utah-Kohen Peterson homered and the South Summit Wildcats bested North Summit 7-4 Saturday at the Delta Spring Swing Tournament at the Delta Rec Field. Peterson’s seven strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win on the mound for South Summit. Paxton Smith homered in the loss for the Braves.

DELTA, Utah-Brody Larsen drove in three runs and the South Summit Wildcats dismantled Parowan 11-4 at the Delta Rec Field Saturrday during the Delta Spring Swing Tournament. Stratton Stevens posted four strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wildcats. Kasen Walker had a pair of RBI in the loss for the Rams.

Crimson Cliffs Tournament @ Crimson Cliffs High School

WASHINGTON CITY, Utah-Connor Cowan drove in a run and the Juab Wasps downed Class 4A Timpanogos 5-0 Saturday at the Crimson Cliffs Tournament at Crimson Cliffs High School. Austin Park’s 12 strikeouts in 6.1 innings of work earned the win on the mouns for Juab.

WASHINGTON CITY, Utah-Trey Evans homered and the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs routed Juab 13-4 at the Crimson Cliffs Tournament Saturday at Crimson Cliffs High School. Tyler West posted 10 strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Mustangs. Austin Park, Conner Cowan, Kanyon Mattinson and Derek Jennings each drove in a run in the loss for the Wasps.

Flyer Fire-Up

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Tylie Greenhalgh and Rylee Sperry homered and the Juab Wasps got past Beaver 13-9 at the Flyer Fire-Up Saturday at Dixie High School. Dusti Draper, Austyn Lewis, Bailee Benson and Makia Ballow also drove in an RBI apiece in victory for the Wasps. Benson earned the win in the circle for the Wasps. Danzee Bradshaw and Lexy Atkin drove in three runs apiece in the loss for the Beavers. Jaide McMullin also drove in a run for the Beavers in the loss.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Mollie Blankenagel, Dusti Draper and Rylee Sperry homered  the Juab Wasps smacked Juan Diego 14-4 Saturday to conclude their participation at the Flyer Fire-Up Saturday at Dixie High School. Roudee Weaver, Tylie Greenhalgh, Austyn Lewis and Bailee Benson also added RBI in victory for Juab. Livia Topham earned the win in the circle for the Wasps. Ellie Palmer and Madyson Cruz each drove in a pair of runs for the Soaring Eagle in the loss.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Hannah Reed drove in three runs and the Class 6A Syracuse Titans bested Beaver 10-6 Saturday during the Flyer Fire-Up at Dixie High School. Avarie Floto earned the win in the circle for Syracuse. Lily Wright and Tylee Marshall each drove in a run for the Beavers in the loss.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Mya Palcher drove in three runs and the Class 5A Olympus Titans pounded Millard 12-0 Saturday at Dixie High School during the Flyer Fire-Up. Charlie Turner had 12 strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the winin the circle for the Titans.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Lyndsie Pender’s game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the 4th Inning lifted Beaver to an 8-7 win over Class 5A Clearfield Saturday at the Flyer Fire-Up at Dixie High School. Danzee Bradshaw and Tylee Marshall added 2 RBI apiece for the Beavers in victory. Jaide McMullin also drove in a run in the win for the Beavers. Brindee Carter earned the win in the circle for the Beavers by contributing four innings of work. Emma Durlack drove in three runs in the loss for the Falcons.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Halle Warner drove in three runs and Millard downed Class 4A Dixie 5-4 to win their first game of the season at the Flyer Fire-Up at Dixie High School Saturday. Jansie Chlarson added another RBI in victory for the Eagles. Macie Wade posted three strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Millard. Elisa Kesterson, Kassidy Bennett and Aareney Sip each had an RBI in the loss for the Flyers.

March Warm-Up Elite

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Ava Pezely and Maggie Hamblin each belted grand slams and the Class 6A Riverton Silverwolves hammered Manti 20-7 Saturday at the March Warm-up Elite. Lily Heitz also went yard in victory for Riverton and added the win in the circle for the Silverwolves with two strikeouts in two innings of work. Danielle Alder drove in three runs in the loss for the Templars. Raubie Johnson drove in two more runs in defeat for Manti with Cecily Alder and Hannah Daniels also adding an additional RBI apiece for the Templars.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Isabella Knight homered twice and the Class 5A West Jordan Jaguars pounded Manti 15-4 at the March Warm-up Elite Saturday. Hailey Fox and Megan Gray also homered in the win for the Jaguars. Sara Mendez recorded the win in the circle for West Jordan. Mara Thompson and Danie Alder each had a pair of RBI in the loss for the Templars.

Red Rock Tournament

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Kaydence Pacheco drove in three runs and the Class 4A Tooele Buffaloes surged past North Sanpete 7-4 at the Red Rock Tournament Saturday. Allie Anderson recorded four strikeouts in 2.3 innings to earn the win in the circle for the Buffaloes. Madyson Steadman drove in two runs and Mylee Cook added another RBI in the loss for the Hawks.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Jojo Sparks’ go-ahead RBI single lifted Desert Hills to a 13-12 win over North Sanpete Saturday at the Red Rock Tournament. Lulu West secured the win in the circle for the Thunder. Dally Bailey drove in four runs in the loss for the Hawks while Madyson Steadman (3 RBI), Mylee Cook and Indigo North (an RBI apiece) also led North Sanpete in the losing effort.
