Frozen Rope Shootout @ North Sevier High School

SALINA, Utah-Deegan Blackner and Brayden Evans drove in three runs apiece and the Beaver Beavers routed the Richfeld JV 13-4 at the Frozen Rope Shootout Friday at North Sevier High School. Gage Raddon and Davin Orton drove in an additional two runs apiece in the win for the Beavers. Raider Blomquist also drove in a run for the Beavers.

SALINA, Utah-Mason Murdock and Brayden Evans drove in two runs apiece and the Beaver Beavers drilled North Sevier 15-3 Friday at North Sevier High School during the Frozen Rope Shootout. Sam Smith, Deegan Bailey, Jaren Webb, Deegan Blackner, Kutlur Matheson and Raider Blomquist each added an additional RBI in victory for the Beavers. Hunter Lund drove in a pair of runs and Parker Jensen added another RBI in the loss for the Wolves.

Frozen Rope Shootout @ Richfield Field

RICHFIELD, Utah-Taylor Dotson drove in three runs and the Milford Tigers bested Millard 14-8 Friday at the Frozen Rope Shootout at the Richfield Field. Kason Kesler and Jex Ashworth added two more RBI apiece in victory for Milford. Salder Barnes, Boston Sullivan, Griffin Walker and Kilo Tsosie added another RBI apiece in the win for the Tigers. Sullivan posted three strikeouts in 1.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Milford. Dawson Jensen and Sam Rasmussen drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Eagles. Zach Higgins, Troy Kesler and Hunter Stott drove in an additional run apiece for Millard in defeat.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Gage Topham drove in a pair of runs and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs bested Millard 7-4 at the Richfield Field Friday during the Frozen Rope Shootout. Braxton Pickett and Daxton Knudsen each added an additional RBI in victory for the Bulldogs. Knudsen posted six strikeouts in four innings to earn the win on the mound for Gunnison Valley. Treyden Terry drove in two runs in the loss for the Eagles. Zach Higgins and Dawson Jensen added an additional RBI apiece in defeat for Millard.

Frozen Rope Shootout @ South Sevier High School

MONROE, Utah-Peyton Ingram and Benjamin Northrup drove in two runs apiece and the South Sevier Rams doubled up Delta 10-5 Friday at the Frozen Rope Shootout at South Sevier High School. Kameron Hessey, Cannon Barney and Jagger Redd also drove in an additional run apiece in victory for the Rams. Northrup posted nine strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for South Sevier. Ty Stefanoff drove in two runs and Cooper Neilson and Ashton Stefanoff each drove in an additional run for the Rabbits in the loss.

MONROE, Utah-Benjamin Northrup drove in four runs and the South Sevier Rams pummeled South Summit 13-2 at the Frozen Rope Shootout Friday at South Sevier High School. Jagger Redd drove in two more runs for the Rams while Cannon Barney and Stockton Roberts each added an additional RBI in the win for South Sevier.

Frozen Rope Shootout @ South Sevier Field No. 2

MONROE, Utah-Treysen Randall drove in a pair of runs and the Enterprise Wolves downed Duchesne 5-3 at the Frozen Rope Shootout Friday at South Sevier Field No. 2. Karson Stauffer and Treyson Whitman added an additional RBI apiece in victory for the Wolves. Parker Staheli netted three strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Enterprise. Parker Crum drove in two runs in the loss for the Eagles.

MONROE, Utah-Parker Staheli recorded seven RBI and the Enterprise Wolves decimated ALA 20-3 Friday at South Sevier Field No. 2 during the Frozen Rope Shootout. Brayden Gardner posted 8 strikeouts in 4 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wolves.

MONROE, Utah-Cade Norman, Kyson Giles and Caleb Thompson drove in two runs apiece and Duchesne downed ALA 9-7 in the battle of the Eagles Friday at the Frozen Rope Shootout at South Sevier Field No. 2. Memphis Butler drove in two runs in the loss for ALA.

Desert Hills Bin Blasters @ Desert Hills High School

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Bennett Averett belted a grand slam and Cy Chrisman also went yard as the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles pounded Richfield 11-2 at the Desert Hills Bin Blasters Friday at Desert Hills High School. Jake Roscher posted seven strikeouts in six innings of work for the Golden Eagles to earn the win on the mound.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Stoakli Tate homered and the Desert Hills Thunder stormed past Richfield 20-7 Friday at the Desert Hills Bin Blasters Friday. Beau Wall drove in two more runs in the win for the Thunder. Maddux MacIntosh posted four strikeouts in 3.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Desert Hills. Griffin Wayman and Gavin Kirschner drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Wildcats. Fisher Jenson, Malik Fautin and Reggie Hafen each added an additional RBI in the loss for Richfield.

Region 12

NEPHI, Utah-Kayson Bailey drove in four runs and the Manti Templars outlasted Juab 9-8 Friday in Region 12 baseball play. Bo Stevens added two more RBI for the Templars while Braxton Henningson and Reggie Frischknecht drove in an additional run apiece for Manti in the victory. Britton Keisel posted two strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Templars. Austin Park drove in two runs in the loss for the Wasps. Bryce Bowles, Kanyon Mattinson and Kai Hansen also each drove in a run for Juab in defeat.

Dixie Sunshine Classic @ St. George

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Kyndall Longman homered and the Moapa Valley (Nev.) Pirates edged Milford 10-9 Friday at the Dixie Sunshine Classic at St. George. Kloe Dotson, Hadley Griffiths, Whitney Wiseman, Alycia Sedillo and Jaidyn McMullin drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Tigers.

Non-Region

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Gracie Jensen homered twice and the Class 5A Maple Mountain Golden Eagles hammered Manti 18-2 in non-region softball play Friday. Kyla Donegan, Izzie Groneman and McClain Carter also homered in victory for Maple Mountain. Cecily Alder homered in defeat for the Templars.

Boys Soccer

Region 12

NEPHI, Utah-The Juab Wasps edged North Sanpete 4-3 in Region 12 boys soccer play Friday.

MANTI, Utah-Kyle Steinfeldt and Tommy Bridges each scored twice and the Manti Templars blanked Richfield 4-0 Friday in Region 12 boys soccer play. David Peterson and Branson Cherry combined on the shutout for the Templars.

PRICE, Utah-The Carbon Dinos outlasted Delta 2-1 in extra time Friday in Region 12 boys soccer play following scoreless regulation time.
