PAYSON, Utah-Boston Roseman, Brizgen Houser and Ruger Braithwaite drove in two runs apiece and the Payson Lions routed Juab 11-1 in non-region baseball play Tuesday. Roseman’s nine strikeouts in five innings earned the win on the mound for the Lions.
FILLMORE, Utah-Ian Heaps drove in four runs and American Leadership got past Millard 9-6 Tuesday in non-region baseball play in the battle of the Eagles. Ethan Barney’s eight strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win on the mound for American Leadership. Zach Higgins, Kamdyn Frampton, Ammon Memmott and Hank Stephenson drove in a run apiece in the loss for Millard.
SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah-Korbyn Sorensen and Breck Smith homered and the Westlake Thunder bested Manti 10-6 Tuesday in non-region baseball play. Easton Barlow’s three strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Thunder. Boston Hatch drove in three runs in the loss for the Templars.

GUNNISON, Utah-Prezley Farnsworth homered and the Duchesne Eagles routed Gunnison Valley 11-1 in Region 15 softball play Tuesday. Kira Grant’s six strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Eagles. Molli Barney drove in a run in the loss for the Bulldogs.
FILLMORE, Utah-Jayvien Clegg, Ireland Ellis and Kelbee Pearce each homered and the South Summit Wildcats outgunned Millard 19-13 Tuesday in Region 15 softball play. Clegg’s five strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work earned the win in the circle for South Summit. Emily Stephenson homered twice in defeat for the Eagles.

MONROE, Utah-Tessa Woolsey, Landree Larsen and Kaitlyn Lynch drove in two runs apiece and the South Sevier Rams blanked Parowan 10-0 Tuesday in Region 18 softball play. Lynch’s six strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for South Sevier.

MANTI, Utah-Paislee Clark drove in four runs and the Manti Templars edged Richfield 16-15 in non-region softball play Tuesday. Danie Alder’s five strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Templars. Emma Wayman and Abby Pedersen homered in the loss for the Wildcats.
HIGHLAND, Utah-Rylee Stewart, McKenzie Madsen and Brynli Jensen homered and the North Sanpete Hawks pounded Lone Peak 20-1 Tuesday in non-region softball play. Kaecee Johnson’s eight strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Hawks. Ruby Nelson drove in a run in defeat for the Knights.

WASHINGTON TERRACE, Utah-Ryker Brooks scored twice and the Bonneville Lakers blanked Delta 5-0 in non-region boys soccer play Tuesday. Daxon Chapple earned the shutout in the net for the Lakers.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Knox Shaw, Tanner Olson, Sam Gonzalez, Titan Gonzalez and Lyrik Ekersly each scored and the Richfield Wildcats blanked Union 5-0 Tuesday in non-region boys soccer play. Landen Paulson posted a shutout in the net in victory for the Wildcats.
NEPHI, Utah-Jaciel Palermos found the net and the Juab Wasps blanked Payson 1-0 in non-region boys soccer play Tuesday. Jan Hoelscher earned the shutout in the net for the Wasps.
