RICHFIELD, Utah-Logan Woolstenhlume posted 27 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists on 7-10 from the field as the No. 1 South Summit Wildcats bested No. 5 Richfield 68-56 at the Sevier Valley Center Friday in the 3A state semifinals. South Summit shot 64 percent (25-39) for the game. Jorgen Southwick netted 16 points and 6 rebounds on 7-13 from the field in the loss for the Richfield Wildcats. South Summit plays for the 3A state title Saturday at 7:00 pm at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 10 Judge.
RICHFIELD, Utah-JJ Apajthang netted 21 points and 10 rebounds and the No. 10 Judge Bulldogs outlasted No. 3 Ogden 70-63 in overtime Friday at the Sevier Valley Center in the 3A state semifinals. Bingham Call had 16 points and 5 rebounds in the loss for the Tigers.
3A Consolation Bracket @ SVC
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jessen Barton led the way with 21 points on 8-13 from the field and the No. 4 Manti Templars outgunned No. 9 American Heritage 84-77 Friday in consolation bracket play at the Sevier Valley Center. Brady Peery posted 31 points on 11-17 from the field in defeat for the Patriots. Both squads shot 51 percent for the game. The Templars next face No. 2 Emery Saturday at 11:40 am for fifth place at the Sevier Valley Center.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Luke Justice posted 18 points and the No. 2 Emery Spartans routed No. 11 Union 73-55 in consolation bracket play at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Wayke Olsen’s game-high 20 points led the Cougars in the loss.
2A State Semifinals @ SUU
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Buck Sargent amassed 20 points and 21 rebounds and the No. 5 North Summit Braves upset No. 1 Kanab 50-47 Friday in the 2A state semifinals at the America First Event Center. Kale Glover led the Cowboys in the loss with 12 points. North Summit next faces No. 2 Enterprise for the 2A state championship Saturday at 7:00 pm
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Treyson Whitman posted 25 points and the No. 2 Enterprise Wolves dismantled No. 3 APA West Valley 59-46 in the 2A state semifinals at the America First Event Center Friday. Komy Ocwor had 16 points in the loss for the Eagles.
2A Consolation Bracket
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Stockton Roberts netted 19 points and the No. 4 South Sevier Rams downed No. 8 Grand 74-65 Friday in the 2A consolation bracket at the America First Event Center. Jason McKinney posted 22 points in the loss for the Red Devils. South Sevier next faces No. 7 Duchesne Saturday at 11:40 am for 5th place.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-The No. 7 Duchesne Eagles downed No. 6 Rockwell 66-55 at the America First Event Center Friday in the 2A consolation bracket.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Katelyn Nielson posted 15 points and 9 rebounds on 5-5 from the field and the No. 5 Emery Spartans upset No.1 Grantsville 43-41 Friday in the state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Baylee Lowder’s 15 points and 6 rebounds led the Lady Cowboys in the loss. Emery next plays for a state championship Saturday at 5:00 pm at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 2 Richfield Saturday at 5:00 pm.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Abbee Albrecht posted 17 points on 8-14 from the field and the No. 2 Richfield Wildcats outlasted No. 3 Carbon 53-49 in the state semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Madison Orth had 20 points on 8-14 from the field in the loss for the Dinos.
3A Consolation Bracket @ SVC
RICHFIELD, Utah-Maylee Spencer posted 10 points and 6 rebounds on 5-10 from the field and the No. 7 Canyon View Falcons bested No. 6 Juab 49-38 Friday in the 3A consolation bracket at the Sevier Valley Center. Ashlyn Wright’s 8 points led the Wasps in the loss. The Falcons play for 5th place Saturday at 10:00 am at the Sevier Valley Center against No. 8 Summit Academy.

2A Semifinals @ SUU
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Chezlie Langston netted 17 points and 12 rebounds and the No. 1 North Summit Braves overpowered No. 4 Beaver 54-40 in the 2A semifinals at the America First Event Center Friday. Danzee Bradshaw led the Beavers with 20 points in defeat. The Braves next face No. 2 Kanab Saturday at 5:00 pm for the 2A state championship at the America First Event Center.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Rylee Little led the way with 15 points and the No. 2 Kanab Lady Cowboys lassoed No. 3 Draper APA 64-50 Friday in the 2A semifinals at the America First Event Center. Aaliyah Baldwin led the Eagles in defeat with 15 points.
2A Consolation Bracket
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Kira Grant netted 22 points and the No. 6 Duchesne Eagles overpowered No. 10 Enterprise 50-33 in the 2A consolation bracket Friday at the America First Event Center. Liza Balajadia had 10 points in the loss for the Wolves.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Sydnee Patterson posted 13 points and the No. 5 South Sevier Wolves routed No. 8 Intermountain Christian 71-26 at the America First Event Center Friday. Makenna Stoddard had 14 points in the loss for the Lions.
