ST. GEORGE, Utah-The American Heritage Patriots defeated the Manti Templars 75-65 Saturday at the Coach Walker Classic at Pine View High School. Coby Rasmussen led the Templars in the loss with 15 points.

Ben Lomond Pepsi Classic @ Ben Lomond High School

OGDEN, Utah-Daniel Sunkuli led the way with 18 points and the Northridge Knights smacked North Sanpete 49-24 Saturday at the Ben Lomond Pepsi Classic. James Clayton led the Hawks in the loss with 8 points.

Desert Hills Tournament @ Desert Hills High School 

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Austin Staheli posted 13 points and the Payson Lions edged Richfield 48-45 Saturday at the Desert Hills Tournament at Desert Hills High School. Joshua Whatcott led the Wildcats with 13 points in defeat.

Non-Region

BEAVER, Utah-Myka Cluff led the way with 15 points and the Beaver Beavers pounded Intermountain Christian 70-26 in non-region boys basketball play Saturday.

BICKNELL, Utah-Blake Peterson netted 18 points and the Wayne Badgers edged San Juan 53-50 Saturday in non-region boys basketball play. Cole Duke led the Broncos in defeat with 18 points.

Battle In The Basin @ Union High School

ROOSEVELT, Utah-Kenadie Maughan’s 14 points led the way and the Uintah Utes downed North Sanpete 56-36 Saturday at the Battle in the Basin at Union High School. Malia Schlappi led the Hawks in the loss with 16 points.

Non-Region

ALTAMONT, Utah-Kazlee King posted 14 points and the Piute Thunderbirds waxed Altamont 37-23 in non-region girls basketball play Saturday. Jada Miles led the Longhorns in defeat with 6 points.

MONTICELLO, Utah-AJ VanDyke netted 12 points and the Wayne Badgers hammered Monticello 56-15 Saturday in non-region girls basketball play. Elise Taylor and Annaleigh Nebeker posted 4 points apiece in the loss for the Buckaroos.
