FILLMORE, Utah-Morgan Wade had 231 yards and 4 scores on 16 carries and added another grab for 37 yards as the Millard Eagles clobbered South Sevier 41-14 Friday in 2-A South play.
KC Whitaker (9 car, 49 yards, rush TD) added another score for Millard and James Stephenson completed 5 of 9 passes for 105 yards and a score, throwing a touchdown pass to Eagles reserve signal-caller Sam Rasmussen on a 10-yard strike.
The Eagles outgained the Rams 401-246 and built a 34-7 lead at the half to cruise to the victory against beleaguered South Sevier.
Kannen Nielson (19 car, 154 yards, 2 TD’s) had scoring runs of 4 and 20 yards for the Rams in the loss.
Millard improved to 3-6 and 2-2 in 2-A South play with the victory. The Rams fell to 2-6 and 1-3 in 2-A south play in defeat.
The Eagles celebrate Senior Night next Friday evening by hosting Delta in the Millard County rivalry and South Sevier will have Senior Night next Friday evening by visiting Beaver.
BEAVER, Utah-Jace Palmer threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Bronson Snyder and the San Juan Broncos snapped Beavers’s state-leading 37-game winning streak by blanking the Beavers 8-0 Friday in 2-A South play. The Broncos stymied the Beavers on a pair of goal line stands to preserve the victory.
MOAB, Utah-Cameron Skeem threw a pair of touchdown passes to Wayland Crane and the Delta Rabbits pounded Grand 43-0 Friday in 2-A South play. Josh Jackson added a pair of touchdown runs and retured an interception for another score in victory for the Rabbits.
3-A South
NEPHI, Utah-Alex Jackson threw five touchdown passes and the Juab Wasps pounded Carbon 44-6 Friday in 3-A South play. The Wasps celebrated Senior Night with Jackson tossing scoring passes to Carter Lynn (50 yards), Chase Ingram (5 yards), Cooper Shaheen (5 yards), Ryan Robison (27 yards), Ryker Richards (10 yards) and Wesley Nielsen (41 yards).
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Adrian Ward had scoring runs of 30, 5 and 4 yards as the Canyon View Falcons edged North Sanpete 28-27 in 3-A South play Friday. Landon Bowles had three scoring tosses for the Hawks in defeat.
MANTI, Utah-Reggie Hafen threw three touchdown passes for the Richfield Wildcats in a 30-7 rout of Manti Friday in 3-A South play. Jaron Ross added a 7-yard scoring run for the Wildcats in victory and JT Raisor contributed a 19-yard field goal for Richfield in the rout. Kayson Douglas threw a touchdown pass to Alex Cox in defeat for the Templars.

KANAB, Utah-The Kanab Cowboys outlasted North Sevier 28-27 in 1-A South football play Friday as the Cowboys blocked a field goal and a PAT to repel the Wolves in the closing moments.
Parker Franklin had touchdown runs of 1 and 5 yards and Nate Stewart added a 15-yard touchdown run for the Cowboys in victory. Noah McCorvey returned an interception 22 yards for a score in victory for Kanab as well. Ryker Frischknecht threw three touchdown passes in defeat for North Sevier while Breken Mason added a 6-yard scoring run for the Wolves.
GUNNISON, Utah-Kielen Tsosie threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score as the Milford Tigers smacked Gunnison Valley 35-6 Friday in 1-A South football play. Blake Barnes added a pair of scoring runs in the win for the Tigers. Tyson Tucker threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to Carson Tucker for the Bulldogs in the loss.
