3-A Soccer Quarterfinals

NEPHI, Utah-Josephine Kay and Shelby Peay each scored and the Juab Wasps doubled up Carbon Saturday in the 3-A girls soccer state quarterfinals 2-1. The Wasps next face Manti Thursday at 4:00 pm in the state semifinals at Juan Diego Catholic High School.

MANTI, Utah-Ally Squire, Brynlee Golding, Courtney Wade, Elsey Olson, Jayci Jolley, Megan Olson, Nicole Nelson and Taylor Chidester all scored for Manti in an 8-0 rout of Maeser Prep in the 3-A girls soccer state quarterfinals Saturday. Katie Larsen earned the shoutout for the Templars.

MORGAN, Utah-The Morgan Trojans routed Richfield 9-1 in the 3-A girls soccer state quarterfinals Saturday. The Trojans meet Judge Memorial, an 8-0 winner over Emery, Thursday in the state semifinals for a 6:30 pm kickoff at Juan Diego Catholic High School.

2-A Soccer Quarterfinals

SALT LAKE CITY-Summer Connery amassed a hat trick and the Rowland Hall-St. Mark’s Winged Lions soared past Beaver 13-0 Saturday in the 2-A girls soccer state quarterfinals. Micha Nenbee and Sophie Stinnett combined on the shutout for the Winged Lions. Rowland Hall next faces Millard Thursday in the state semifinals at Juan Diego Catholic High School for a 1:30 pm kickoff.

FILLMORE, Utah-Audrey Camp posted a hat trick and Paige Cummings added two more goals as the Millard Eagles bested Saint Joseph 5-3 in the 2-A girls soccer state quarterfinals Saturday.

PAROWAN, Utah-Lina Biasi and McKenna Murphy each found the net and the Parowan Rams blanked Waterford 2-0 Saturday in the 2-A girls soccer state quarterfinals. Brooklyn Hulet earned the shutout for the Rams. Parowan faces Real Salt Lake Academy Thursday at 11:00 am in the 2-A state soccer semifinals at Juan Diego Catholic High School.
