NEPHI, Utah-Ayden Aykee (28 car, 172 yards, 3 TD’s) posted a strong performance and the North Sanpete Hawks vanquished Juab for the first time since 2015 with a 30-16 win over the Wasps, spoiling Senior Night at Juab Wednesday in 3A South play. Milo Hendry added three receptions for 40 yards and a score in the win for the Hawks, who snapped a 10-game losing streak in the series. Brock Richards ran for 68 yards and a score in defeat for the Wasps. Juab now leads the all-time series against North Sanpete 37-25 (1957-present).

DELTA, Utah-Kapree Charlton scored twice and the No. 9 Morgan Trojans blanked No. 8 Delta 6-0 in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Eve Sandoval and Skye Bernardo combined on the shutout in the net for the Trojans. Morgan next visits No. 1 Ogden Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Hallie Horton found the net and the No. 5 Canyon View Falcons blanked No. 12 Juab 1-0 Wednesday in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament. Tess Bailey recorded the shutout in the net in the win for the Falcons. Canyon View next visits No. 4 Grantsville in the state quarterfinals Saturday at 1:00 pm.
GRANTSVILLE, Utah-Lindsey Wangsgard and Kamry Allen each recorded hat tricks and the No. 4 Grantsville Lady Cowboys lassoed No. 13 Ben Lomond 8-0 in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Lindsey Orton and Hallie Harrington also scored in the win for Grantsville.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Mataiya Murray and Sydney Brown each scored and the No. 6 Richfield Wildcats blanked No. 11 North Sanpete 2-0 in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Zeze Lafaele earned the shutout in the net in victory for Richfield. The Wildcats next visit No. 3 Manti Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
MANTI, Utah-Taylie Mickelsen netted a hat trick and the No. 3 Manti Templars blasted No. 14 Emery 8-0 Wednesday in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament. Madelyn Bridges posted a pair of goals and Haddie Rasmussen, Chloe Olson and Andelyn Dewey also found the net in the win for Manti. Averie Jo Robbins recorded the shutout in the net for the Templars.
PRICE, Utah-Malia Smith posted five goals and the No. 2 Carbon Dinos routed No. 15 Providence Hall 12-0 in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Madi Barlow recorded the shutout in the net for the Dinos in victory. Carbon next hosts No. 10 Logan Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Izzie Hollingsworth found the net and the No. 10 Logan Grizzlies blanked No. 7 Union 1-0 Wednesday in the first round of the 3A girls soccer tournament. Langley White recorded the shutout in the net for the Grizzlies in victory.

SANDY, Utah-Milana Massinople amassed a hat trick and the No. 1 Waterford Ravens blanked No. 16 North Summit 9-0 in the second round of the 3A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Waterford next hosts No. 8 Beaver Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
BEAVER, Utah-Ruby Lurth posted a hat trick and the No. 8 Beaver Beavers doubled up No. 9 Draper APA 4-2 Wednesday in the second round of the 3A girls soccer tournament. Braylee Carter added another goal in victory for the Beavers. Ella Hagopian scored a pair of goals in the loss for the Eagles.
LINDON, Utah-Caitlyn Herbert scored twice and Anna Tingey, Cami Simmons and Tess Jorgensen also scored and the No. 4 Maeser Prep Lions blanked No. 13 South Sevier 5-0 in the second round of the 2A girls soccer tournament Wednesday. Huey Jackson recorded the shutout in the net for the Lions. Maeser next hosts No. 4 Rowland Hall Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
SALT LAKE CITY-AJ Chicos and Sasha Alfaro each scored and the No. 5 Rowland Hall Winged Lions blanked No. 12 San Juan 2-0 Wednesday in the second round of the 2A girls soccer tournament. Rhaena Vicente recorded the shutout in the net for the Winged Lions.
