NEPHI, Utah-Everett Kelling ran for three scores and the Cedar City Reds outlasted Juab 41-35 in 3A South football play Friday. Brock Richards ran for three scores in the loss for the Wasps. Rhett Richards added a 1-yard touchdown run in defeat for Juab.
PRICE, Utah-Taula Taulapapa ran for three scores and Carter Mason added a pair of touchdown passes as the Manti Templars doubled up Carbon 42-21 Friday in 3A South football play. Isaac Crowther ran for another score in victory for the Templars. Daxtyn Mower, Kayden Dunn and Dawson Johnson ran for scores in defeat for the Dinos.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Ryder Miller threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score as the Canyon View Falcons waxed Richfield 31-14 in 3A South football play Friday. Colton White had scoring runs of 10 and 9 yards in defeat for the Wildcats.
2A South
MOAB, Utah-Jett Rawlinson ran for three scores and the Delta Rabbits pummeled Grand 42-6 Friday in 2A South football play. Dayson Meinhardt and McCrae Wade also ran for scores in the win for the Rabbits. Justin Kimmerle threw a 45-yard touchdown pass to Beto Carroll in defeat for the Red Devils.
1A North
FILLMORE, Utah-Cru Richins threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score and Knox Woolstenhulme caught a touchdown pass and ran for a touchdown as the North Summit Braves outlasted Millard 28-27 in 1A North football play Friday. Connor Stevens threw a touchdown pass and ran for three more scores in the loss for the Eagles.
SALINA, Utah-Talan Dyreng threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Chase Maples and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs blanked North Sevier 21-0 Friday in 1A North football play. Bronson Allen and Ryder Coates added touchdown runs in the win for the Bulldogs.
Non-Region
KANAB, Utah-Hayden Gubler (16 car, 128 yards, 3 TD’s) ran 25 yards for the game-clinching score in overtime and Ozzie Williams sealed the game with a subsequent interception moments later as the Kanab Cowboys outlasted the Duchesne Eagles 35-28 Friday in non-region football play. Brogun Virostko added a touchdown pass to Degan Swapp and Swapp ran for another score in victory for the Cowboys. Kasen Crum (31 car, 177 yards, TD) led the Eagles in the loss.
RANDOLPH, Utah-Bridger Bradshaw threw four touchdown passes and the South Sevier Rams smacked Rich 30-14 in non-region football play Friday. Jett Holmes threw an 8-yard touchdown pass to Aiden Weston and Karter Groll ran for a 1-yard score in the loss for the Rebels.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Bridger Blackner ran for a touchdown and caught a scoring pass as the Beaver Beavers downed North Sanpete 20-16 Friday in non-region football play. Maddox Madsen ran 5 yards for a score and Rafael Contreras added field goals of 52, 30 and 35 yards in defeat for the Hawks.

1A State Quarterfinals @ Dixie High School
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Blake Dalton drove in two runs and Nash Fautin and Braige Millett also drove in an additional run apiece and the No. 4 Piute Thunderbirds downed No. 2 Bryce Valley 5-3 in the 1A state quarterfinals at Dixie High School Friday. Brodee Montague netted eight strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Thunderbirds. Mason Ahlstrom drove in two runs in the loss for the Mustangs. Piute will play No. 1 Panguitch Saturday at 11:00 am in the 1A state championship game at Dixie High School. Should the Bobcats win that game, a second winner-takes-all game will occur Saturday at 1:00 pm at Dixie High School.
One-Loss Quarterfinals @ Dixie High School
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Traiger Ramsay drove in three runs and the Panguitch Bobcats hammered Bryce Valley 14-5 Friday in the 1A one-loss quarterfinals at Dixie High School. Ramsay posted a strikeout in 2.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bobcats. Clay Gray and Trevyn Clark drove in two runs apiece in defeat for the Mustangs.
