CASTLE DALE, Utah-Kinlee Toomer filled up the stat sheet with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists as the Emery Spartans routed North Sanpete 73-16 Tuesday in Region 15 girls basketball action. Kacelynn Toomer added 15 more points in the loss for the Spartans.
KANAB, Utah-Sidney McDonald netted 17 points as Kanab pounded Gunnison 61-20 in Region 18 girls basketball action Tuesday. Kezzley Winn had 7 points for the Bulldogs in the loss.
SALT LAKE CITY-Kysha Barbel and Mariana Zanellato each posted 14 points as the Wasatch Academy Tigers smacked Rowland Hall-St. Marks 67-29 in Region 17 girls basketball action Tuesday. Katherine Lanham’s 7 points led the Winged Lions in defeat.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Heidi Thurman netted 9 points and the Millard Eagles stymied Enterprise 39-31 Tuesday in Region 18 girls basketball action. Ronnie Robinson had 12 points in the loss for the Wolves.
DELTA, Utah-Brinley Henrie and Kaylee Nielson had 7 points apiece and the Delta Rabbits edged South Sevier 37-34 in non-region girls basketall action Tuesday at the Palladuim. Kenzie Jones’ game-high 14 points paced the Rams in the loss.
