CASTLE DALE, Utah-Jordan Ekker led the way with 19 points and the Emery Spartans pounded North Sanpete 68-33 Saturday in non-region boys basketball action. Tyrel Morley’s 9 points led the Hawks in defeat.

MONROE, Utah-Kenzie Jones netted 13 points and the South Sevier Rams clobbered Grand 78-17 Saturday in Region 12 girls basketball action. Megan Zunich had 6 points in defeat for the Red Devils.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jarica Steck posted 22 points and the Richfield Wildcats overpowered San Juan 57-43 in Region 12 girls basketball action Saturday. Tasiah Little had 24 points in the loss for the Broncos.
